If you have tried everything you know to do and you are still struggling, I am here to help you. My goal as your counselor is to provide you with the tools necessary to bring about change in your life. In order for counseling to work, we must work together. You are a vital part of counseling. In your sessions, we will identify goals and expectations for counseling. I believe everyone is unique and requires individualized treatment. Because of this, I have learned several therapy models so that we can use the one that best fits your needs. I also take a holistic approach to counseling and consider your mind, body, emotions, and spirituality when developing your specific treatment plan.
