I have worked with individuals and families in a social work capacity since 2008 in public health and child welfare settings. That experience has nurtured a passion for walking alongside of those dealing with challenges related to generational trauma, intimate partner violence, family conflict, attachment and developmental issues, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. I use a psychosocial and client-centered perspective, helping you to see and harness your innate strengths and abilities to achieve your goals. I strive to partner with my clients in a grounded, safe, and collaborative manner. I have an upbeat and informal demeanor.
